Sac County Supervisors waive public hearing for installation of methane digester

SAC CITY, IOWA – NOVEMBER 23, 2010

1. They’re putting in a methane digester.
- Has to be turned into the master matrix.
- According to the DNR, a public hearing is optional.
- Notice for public comments to be taken at courthouse still needs to be published.
- There is no smell with this type of unit.
