Minutes of the September 14, 2010 Sac County Supervisors meeting

The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Dean Stock, Chairman, presiding. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
It was moved by Hecht and seconded by Bensley to amend the agenda to consider all appropriations for fiscal year 2010/11. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Bensley and seconded by Hecht to approve the agenda as amended. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Bensley and seconded by Hecht to appoint Kris Schroeder to the Odebolt Library Board to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Janice Christian. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Hecht and seconded by Bensley to appropriate 100% of the funds approved at the pubic hearing in March for the 2010/11 county budget. Ayes all, motion carried.
Jim Bullock, Sac County EMA Director, made a presentation of G.I.S. applications to the Board of Supervisors, Sheriff, Recorder and Auditor’s staff. The main topic of discussion centered around how to further utilize the G.I.S. and Pictometry software. A committee will be formed to continue this discussion.
The county engineer updated the Board on activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.
It was moved by Bensley and seconded by Hecht to approve application for tile crossing between Sections 11 and 14, Cook Twp. Ayes all, motion carried.
With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
