-Council member curious how much barking dog complaint dispute is costing the city.
-- It doesn’t cost any more than usual if it is under the 160 hours contracted.
-- Law enforcement is not making a special trip.
4. September Meeting set for September 7, 2010 at 7:30PM

6. Supt. Of Utilities Report
- county considering cutting ties with Howard Center for recycling.
-- New information: landfill and Howard Center may split before the 3 years requirement.
- Additional mosquito control debated.
