Lake View City Council accepts IMWCA Return to Work policy
LAKE VIEW, IOWA – AUGUST 2, 2010
On July 19, the Lake View City Council put off adopting the Iowa Municipal Workers Compensation Association return to work policy because of questions they had about how a worker who ignores light duty work restrictions could be dealt with in the event that they reinjure.
It turns out that constitutes cause and their employment can be terminated.
The policy was approved unanimously.
