Odebolt City Council gives person they like more leeway in regards to nuisance issue
ODEBOLT, IOWA – AUGUST 2, 2010
1. Trailer parked on 6th street.
- Trailer has been moved.
2. Citizen has moved more items onto property on which it was requested items be removed.
- Council feels differently about this nuisance property owner due to personal relationships with owner, gives him more leeway.
3. “Peterson” property.
- getting more information and will discuss it on the 23rd.
4. House by shelter house.
- City Council wants letter of intention from property owner.
- Council claims nothing has been done in about three years.
5. Old Cracker Jack cribs.
- Council decides to send letter and start the process.
6.” Hillman” house.
- Unoccupied and starting to deteriorate.
