The Sac City Council shows more evidence of violating open meeting laws in designation of clinic issue
SAC CITY, IOWA – JUNE 28, 2010
- According to city administrator, this is required by insurance company
-- following is a transcript of the city council’s questions that they had answered during the meeting and not in some highly questionable manner before the meeting.

- The public deserves to know when these deliberations are taking place and to have the opportunity to be present during them. If the mayor is holding back-room meetings to deliberate on these decisions, she needs to come clean about when they are taking place and post notification of them so that the public can come see why the council is voting the way that they are. It is against the law to hold secret meetings… something current council members Gary Hansen and Jim Johnston have already been witness to under previous administrations.
