This bid includes everything except asbestos abatement.
The existing boiler uses steam to heat the water that goes throughout the building.
The stainless steel boilers are self cleaning.
The water needs testing once per year to make sure the PH is not too high.
95% efficiency.
Current boiler runs at a million five BTU, but is losing 300,000 BTU up the stack, the new boiler can heat the whole building with what is lost up the stack.
The new boilers will suck air from the outside.
Most of the expense is for getting rid of the old boiler.
Will not interfere with courthouse if they are allowed to change it out on Saturday.
The warranty is for 10 years.
The micro processors in the boiler figures out where it needs to be set for maximum efficiency.
Boilers have come a long ways.
Once the work starts they will stay on it. It is expected to take up to three Saturdays
$46,953.00 for a new boiler approved
