1. At the second meeting of May we need to amend the budget because of storm expenses.
2. We have an issue with an employee who has too much vacation time.
It would be my preference and it would be Ted’s preference that we would just pay him for his vacation time.
Have we done this in the past?
You don’t want to encourage him to take time when we need him.
