VIDEO – Sac City Council changes age at which one can become a lifeguard at the Sac Aquatic Center

APRIL26,2010 – SAC CITY, IOWA

You can now officially be a lifeguard when you are 15 years old.
The language of the description used to indicate that a lifeguard had to be at least 16 years of age.
According to Mayor Powell, the Sac aquatic center has hired 15 year olds in the past.
