Sac City Council expresses nothing regarding Martin resignation

Without comment, the Sac City Council accepted Kay Martin's resignation from the board of the Sac Community Center on February 8, 2010.

This is kind of an unusual break with tradition in that even in those cases when there was a personality conflict between a resigning board member and a member of the council, a verbal offer of thanks was expressed.
