Lake View City Council hears strenuous objection from trust over assessment

Jim Van Dyke appears on behalf of the Peterson trust and Peterson children to ask that they not be included in the assessment. He maintains that they should not be included because it is farm land, they intend to keep farming, and they will receive no special benefit.
