Gordon M. Sams, 72, of Gowrie, IA formerly of Sac City, passed away on Saturday, March 12, 2011, at Cowrie Care Center in Gowrie, IA.
Gordon was born on November 13, 1938, to Glenn and Opal (Bedell) Sams in Sac City, IA. Gordon lived in Sac City most of his life and worked as a typewriter technician. He had been residing at the Gowrie Care Center most recently.
Gordon enjoyed riding go-carts, wood-working, and being around horses. He also enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He will be missed by those that knew and loved him.
