March 26, 2011 Black Hawk Lake Clean-Up
The Black Hawk Men’s Club is partnering with the DNR and the City of Lake View to conduct a Shoreline Clean-Up on Saturday, March 26th. This will involve trimming trees, removing some small trees and shrubs and a few dead trees. Volunteers are needed!
Bring your chain saws, loppers, pole saws, gloves, and a strong back! We will meet at Boulders Inn & Suites. Boulders is providing free biscuits and gravy for volunteers at the hotel beginning at 8:00 a.m. Workers will then disperse from Boulders around 9:00 a.m. to several work sites around the lake. We will be done no later than mid-afternoon.
Help keep Black Hawk Lake beautiful!
