…Rockwell city bypass may not open this year



SAC CITY, IOWA – NOVEMBER 16, 2010


1. Due to weather, the gravel roads closed in Sac County may be difficult to keep open.
- May put some kind of temporary surface on those roads after it freezes.
2. Discussion about grade on intersections.
