SAC CITY, IOWA – AUGUST 31, 2010
The DOT is responsible for dust control along the route of the highway 20 bypass, but Sac County Supervisor Rick Hecht has directed the county engineer to be the sort of go-between for area residents. Mr. Haden, while acknowledging this directive also emphasized the need for residents to contact the DOT independently to help emphasize their requests.
