At the August 9, 2010 Sac City Council meeting, the council committed to getting a structural engineering estimate for a dilapidated building located at on Main Street known as “the old Matt’s Shoes building.”
According to Sac City Administrator Adam Ledford, suggestions for hire should be ready by the time of this publication, (August 27, 2010).
