Dear City Council,
The City of Sac City is not a charitable institute funded by the Sac City taxpayers for the benefit of a few self-appointed "most important people" in town.
Enough with handing out money for no return, City Council.
Enough.
Quit it.
For God's sake, take a realistic look at the rat holes you are throwing our money down and ask yourself if they actually, (really actually,) are a benefit to our citizens.
Just one single year.
Just this one.
Go back to making the important people happy again next fiscal year.
Spend just this year sending the message that Sac City is dedicated to fiscal responsability.
Please.
Just because Mayor Powell puts it on the agenda, doesn't mean you have to vote yes.
