Sac City Code 3.04 changed

It is anticipated that on On December 14, 2009 the Sac City Council will passed the second reading of ordinance 2009-216 changing chapter 3.04 of the code of ordinances of the Code of Sac City, Iowa. The following is a copy of that ordinance.



The portion highlighted used to read "and one copy shall be sent to the Clerk of the District Court."

The third reading was waived.
