Traffic Court: December 3, 2009 - December 9, 2009

The following people have been found or have plead guilty to the charges following their names on or between the dates of December 3, 2009 to December 9, 2009 with the exception of anyone accused of the charge of Contempt-Refusal/Failure to pay fine or costs. Those accused of Contempt-Refusal/Failure to pay fine or costs are merely accused and are innocent until proven guilty.

How to read these documents:

The first line contains the case number, name of the defendant, street address, and the town or city which they are from. The second line is the Plaintiff, (typically the State of Iowa.) Occasionally it lists the Payee. The final line contains the charge and the date on which that charge was disposed.
