ReplyDeleteWake up
ReplyDeleteThe brick building south of Bauer Built is where Jerry Phillips(Shirley's husband did business after he went broke east of town by Dollar General) Family or friend ties there. Wake up Sac County. Shirley Phillips promised us 4 lane Hwy 20 back in the 1980's. How long are we going to let her milk Sac County for a job.
ReplyDeleteAnd now she is president of our school board. She make Chuck Brotherton look smart.
I hate to argue, but they were definitely talking about the vacant lot to the south across Audubon Street, not the building immediately south on the same side of the street.
