Funeral Service: 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 15, 2011 at Farber & Otteman Funeral Home in Sac City.
Interment: January 15, 2011 at Wall Lake Cemetery, Wall Lake, Iowa.

Angela Rae Evers, age 33, of Auburn, Iowa, formerly of Sac City, passed away on Sunday, January 9, 2011 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Angie was born August 22, 1977, in Sac City, Iowa, the daughter of Edwin Evers and RaNay (Heun) Freese. She attended school in Sac City, graduating from Sac City High School in 1996. Following high school, Angie moved to Wall Lake, Carroll and then Auburn. She was baptized and confirmed at Trinity Presbyterian Church in Wall Lake where she remained a member. She worked at the Villager in Sac City and Black Hawk Life Care Center in Lake View as a cook and had been working for Kasperbauer Cleaners since 2007. She was a people person with a bright smile and easy going personality.

Angie was a loving and caring mother who’s life and the life of her unborn child was cut short by a tragic accident. She adored her kids and enjoyed being outside, taking them swimming or on an adventure to the zoo. She liked spending time with her friends and going canoeing.

Survivors include her children Brylee and Scott Freese; mother RaNay Freese of Wall Lake; father Edwin (Sharon) Evers of Laurens; brother Aaron (Mary) Ausborn of Sac City and their children Branden, Faith, and Aaron Jr.; sister Jessica Evers of Carroll and her children Jenna, Joedon, Jackie and Kali; uncle Don (Sue) Evers of Badger; grandmother Nancy Heun of Sac City; Angela’s significant other, Nathan Meister of Auburn; extended family members and many friends.

Angela was preceded in death by her grandmother Florence Evers, grandfather Robert Evers and uncles Rodney, Randy and Craig Heun.
