Auburn, Iowa having difficulty finding someone to repair streets
AUBURN, IOWA – JULY 12, 2010
…though it wasn’t made clear why this is a problem. In the video the claim is made that they didn’t receive a call back from the person that they didn’t receive a call back from the year before. The city employees do advise the council that they need more guidance about what to ask potential bidders to on. The city clerk was unofficially directed to get a bid for all of the streets in the entire town so that the city can consider bonding and getting it all done at once.
