ESC Middle School to begin holding back students who are not ready for high school
SAC CITY, IOWA – JUNE 21, 2010
1. They stopped?
- This is actually a little different. If a student is a few courses short, they will be held for a semester to help them achieve better success in High School by allowing them to finish their requirements before moving on. The student would then begin high school during the second semester with a clean slate.
2. Proposed wording change approved.
