We needed this years ago but the Clerk said it was not in the budget. YOU BUDGET FOR IT DUH! YOU budgeted in YOUR RAISE. Then, she had the audacity to make the remark, "If you hate your electric bill now, just wait till we have to pay for an audit, it will go through the roof". NICE.
