Sac County Engineer Ron Haden reported that the secondary roads crew spent the week trying to scrape ice off the gravel roads. He said that the county is using a 9 parts sand to 1 part salt at the intersections on the county's gravel roads.

The Sac County Supervisors approved the following resolution setting the payment policy for acquiring right of way in 2010.
According to Sac County Auditor, Jim Dowling, this is a general policy that Sac County tries to keep up to date just in case there's any right of way that needs to be purchased.
