SAC CITY, IOWA – MAY 24, 2010
1. Only one bid from Ida Grove Roofing for $4,528.00.
2. Adam Ledford claims to have sent out between 15 and 20 requests for bids.
3. According to Bill Brenny, Ida Grove Roofing got the contract to do the roof at AEA in Storm Lake and did not start on time. He suggests that the job is at this time still not done to AEA’s satisfaction. Watch video to see the details of what he alleges. Based on Bill Brenny’s strongly worded condemnation of this company, the council directed Adam Ledford to pursue different contractors and to inform Ida Grove Roofing that their bid has been rejected.
