- Asphalt is showing in some places.

4. Stage curtains replaced in Sac.
- two to go.
5. Painting in Sac cafeteria and gym.
- going to be difficult to paint gym (ceiling, etc)
- Window of opportunity to get it done closing.
- Scope of job making it difficult to get quotes.
6. Hail damage.
7. Baseball-softball field lights in Wall Lake.
8. New roof on Lake View buildings.
9. Debris clean-up, FEMA reimbursement.
- FEMA will pick up 85% of cost.
10. Fence cover on baseball-softball field.
11. Football field lights.
- Not dented up because the covers are made of a cast material.
- Insurance company report says no damage to lights.
-November 2008 candle foot reading was 28.85. After hail storm the candle foot reading was 13.65.
- There may be an abbreviated settlement. (possibly no more than $10K)
- 2 bids for total light replacement: Musco lighting - $130K, BLI Lighting - $67k.
- BLI Lighting gets the work.
12. FPS renovation.
- Stalled.
- going to wait until after next year’s classes let out.
- Too much dust, noise, confusion to do work while trying to conduct classes.
13. New skid loader to be purchased for Lake View.
- Primarily used for snow removal.
- Will have own buckets.
- Private volunteer letting school down.
- will be used year round.
- Motion to purchase approved.
