Sioux City Journal story says several Lake View, and Wall lake Iowa locals named in hate crime lawsuit; police cover-up alleged

"A Texas man is suing seven Wall Lake, Iowa, residents, the police chief and an officer in federal court in connection with a beating he allegedly suffered in August 2009..."

TheSacNews.com contacted Lake View City Administrator Scott Peterson for comment. Peterson indicated that the city had received no contact from the court regarding these allegations and declined to comment further.
