This is hardly breaking news as the place is the talk of the town at the moment, but its initial success and positive reviews begs a nod.
After many, (many) years without, Sac City Iowa has a place dedicated to serving ice cream treats again... The Scoop, owned by Milo Lines and located a block and a half west and across the street from Food Pride is reminiscent of an olde tyme soda and candy shop. CLICK TO SEE PHOTO
According to the Sac Chamber Main Street Facebook page, you can "Stop out and treat yourself to hard ice cream, sundaes, malts & shakes and ice cream sodas!" The scoop is open daily from 3PM to 9PM.
