Hi Curtis,
Enclosed is everything I could find regarding your open meetings request below. As with your earlier request, I used the same process to ensure everything is released, e.g., went through both computers I’ve used searching individual email folders, my hard drive, and any written records. I again share this with you so you know I am taking your request seriously and providing every piece of information available.
Couple of notes regarding the enclosures:
· #1-#8 are jpeg copies of emails (my scanner at home only produces jpeg) but I left them as jpegs since they all are one page documents
· On the Board updates (labeled accordingly), I scanned into jpeg, copied/pasted into a Word document, then saved as PDF files so the multi-page document would be in one file for you … my scanner only scans individual pages.
· Nothing has been redacted from any of these materials. However, you will note on page 3 of the Joint Bd. Update 12.9.10 I wrote in the following, “John filled in the numbers.” After writing the update, I asked John Kraft to fill in the numbers regarding Modified Allowable Growth for both Sac and WLVA and my saved copy did not have the numbers filled in. If you want the exact numbers please let me know and I’ll ask John to provide them to you.
· You will not find a FOIA request from Jared Strong for the dates you requested as I did not receive one. The only request from Jared Strong (or anyone from the Carroll newspapers) to me came as a piggy-back to your first request; I received the email from Jared on April 26, 2011.
Sorry it took me a couple of weeks to get to this; as you noted it is a busy time! Please let me know that you have received this email and enclosures. Thanks Curtis.
