c. Approve bills and authorize payment.

5. Consider Bids for Overhead and Underground Electric Projects.
6. Consider Cash Collateral Agreement with Midwest ISO.
7. Resolution 11-06: “Resolution Granting Final Approval for Tax Abatement Under Lake View’s Urban Revitalization Plan.”
8. Resolution 11-08: ‘Resolution Hiring Lifeguard and Establishing Wage.”
9. Approve amendment to Contract with Marcia Haakensen for City Hall Cleaning.
10. Approve Liquor License for Crystal Investments, LLC d.b.a. Laney’s Corral.
11. Discuss automatic Meter Reading.
12. City Clerk/Administrator Report.
