January 25. 2011 Sac County Supervisors Meeting
SAC CITY, IOWA – JANUARY 25, 2011
1. Call to order.
2. Approval of minutes of January 18, 2011 meeting with the note that there will be another discussion about mileage reimbursement, since those minutes do not properly reflect what they wish.
3. Amendment of the agenda to include the active date of the $0.45 cent mileage reimbursement.
4. Approval of amended agenda.
5. Hecht states that he doesn’t feel he made it clear that he wanted the adjustment to the raise in mileage reimbursement retroactive to January 1, 2011 at the January 18, 2011 meeting, so it is moved and approved to do so.
6. Sac County Supervisors set a date of March 8, 2011 at 10:30AM for the proposed Sac County budget.
7. Nobody to appear to talk about appointments to the board of health. Hecht wants to take a closer look at those appointments since members of that board aren’t showing up for meetings. The supervisors vote to put a discussion about those concerns on the February 1, 2011 meeting agenda.
8. Supervisors review the county engineer’s report.
- Attendance at the N14 hearing was steady throughout the meeting.
- N14 may be moved a little to the east .
9. Bloes asks if it is proper for the supervisors to meet in quorum in another public meeting without posting an agenda.
