The numbers on the following items correspond to the numbers found in the above documents that have been added by TSN. They represent the discussion that the school had about those items.

1. Claim aid is the service that ESC uses for the Medicaid students. There are two students in the Sac district. The Medicaid they receive is $4,391.00 and part of that is $191.16. The school will pay about 40% of that to the Iowa DHS.

2. ESC has a student placed in a psychological evaluation placement. The unit is named orchard place and it is within the Des Moines Public School district. That amount is for tuition and services. The student is Gen Ed, not Special Ed.

3. Jill is working on her high school math endorsement. She teaches algebra to 8th graders and the school pays for the classes that she takes. She may only have two classes left to take before she is finished.

4. She moved from the elementary school to the middle school.

5. 45 days for Special Ed student to Storm Lake schools.

6. Tuition for the student from 5.

7. That is first semester open enrollment for 5 students that are Sac students that are open enrolled to WLVA.

8. April was a substitute nurse while Kit Williams was out for a family emergency. That amount is reimbursement for the mileage for driving back and forth between buildings.

9. The Sac board decided to not pay for this item until the courts give the school board something that verifies the transportation cost. $3,011.43 of that amount is for tuition, and is the only portion for which the Sac School board voted to pay.
