The following documents are the department head reports that the Sac City council reviewed on May 23, 2011.

In addition to these reports Sac City Administrators Adam Ledford shared that, the Burning Committee, the Airport Commission, and the Library Board, and the Planning and Zoning Board all met this month. The Park Board did not meet but the individual members toured the part to put together to do with of items that need to be cleaned up. In addition, Trees Forever did not meet.
The Sac Community Center met in special session on May 13, 2011 to approve their tax forms. Another regular meeting will be held on May 26, 2011.
