Of course sac county has lost people. there are no jobs here and no affordable anything. local grocery store is expensive, everything on main street is expensive. If you can't work in the county you live in why would you stay there? The county needs to attract business, not mom and pop shops that are too expensive to shop at anyway in this low economy. Small rural towns are dying, it's just how it is. People aren't going to live in a town that costs them more money in the long run. It's sad but true. People move to where the jobs and money is located. Sac county is NOT one of them.
