Hack, Slash, and Return: Republicans unleash the Taxpayers First Act on Iowa

Iowa House Republicans unveiled their first bill today named the "Taxpayers First Act" which is designed to reduce programs and return the general fund surplus created by the cuts to the taxpayers. The bill touches on nearly all facets of life in Iowa, and is worth a read.
