6. Approval of Ordinance 297 amending provisions pertaining to providing false identification.
7. Approval of Ordinance 298 amending provisions pertaining to traffic regulations.
8. Decision about new software/training to use it to be decided at next meeting.

9. Approval of CDBG Drawdown to be used for professional services for the water tower project.
10. Approval of letter of support to the 4-H to help strengthen their application for a Pioneer Grant to fund a summer library reading program.
11. Council sets budget work session for January 9, 2011 – 6:00PM.


12. Reports.
- Council votes to instruct Mid-American to remove streetlight in the vacated alley at 103 hickory.
13. Council votes to go into closed session for an employee evaluation.
