Sac City Council approves transfers of over one half million dollars utterly without comment
SAC CITY, IOWA – AUGUST 23, 2010
Without comment the Sac City Council approved the following year end transfers in the amount of $511,992.32 at the August 23, 2010 Sac City Council meeting.
In her arrogance and disregard for the citizens of Sac City, Mayor Barb Powell didn’t even have the decency to do her basic, number one duty as mayor and hold a reading of or ask the council to waive a reading of the transfers. This Mayor has gotten so far away from open government, nobody even question her antics any more.
I wonder if she treats her clients at State Farm in the same way?
Here is that action in full context for you to view for yourself
