Sac City Council people demonstrate lack of leadership in passage of resolution 2010 - 14
SAC CITY, IOWA – JUNE 16, 2010
1. According to Sac City Administrator Adam Ledford, the early appearance of this resolution is the result of the issues with the Iowa Department of Economic Development.
- There have been extensive staff cuts, and CDBG payments are now taking up to 7 weeks to pay out.
2. Once again, the Sac City Council made observing their meeting pointless by not reading the resolution, which must mean that they prefer that the people of Sac City not know what they are voting on.
(Due to an editing error, the first 45 seconds of this video is the acceptance of a resignation. The discussion about resolution 2010-14 starts directly after.)
