Hearing for entering into loan and disbursement agreement for $7,432,000 set for January 11, 2010
The date of the public hearing in this notice was agreed to at the the December 28, 2009 Sac City Council. Sac City Administrator Adam Ledford, volunteered that Sac City's $2,000,000.00 is considered a forgivable part of the loan and is therefore included bringing the total to the $7,432,000.00. The Sac City Council did not feel the need to explain to the public anything further than this.
