Dr. Thomas Carroll is the Woodbury County Medical Examinor out of Sioux city,Iowa. Carroll examined the body of Dustin Wehde after Tracey Richter shot and killed him in what she claims was an attempt to ward off home invaders.
Richter is accused of Murder in the First Degree.
