This is part two of Dennis Cessford's testimony at the Tracey Richter Trial continued from October 26, 2011. Dennis was with the Sac County Sheriff's Department at the time of the Dustin Wehde shooting and investigated the incident.
Richter is accused of first degree murder.
All people accused of crimes are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
