Sac City Planning and Zoning Committee approves building permits without review
SAC CITY, IOWA – AUGUST 31, 2010
Perhaps taking a cue from the Sac City Council the Sac City Planning and Zoning board approved building permits without reviewing them. In fact, the documents were not even on the premises. When doing a freedom of information request for them, it was necessary to wait for the planning and zoning officer to actually bring copies of the permits down to the city office.
Following are the permits that were “approved.”
This is the same group of people that are openly critical of the Sac City Board of Adjustment's standard practices.
