Sac City Council extends housing rehab agreement until 2011

SAC CITY, IOWA – OCTOBER 11, 2010

The Sac City Council entered into an agreement with Region XII Council of Governments to administer a housing rehab project. The agreement has reached its conclusion date, but there was still money left to use for additional homes, so the council agreed to amend the agreement and allow the program to continue until June 30, 2011.

Following is a copy of that contract amendment:


So far the housing rehab program has help improve 10 properties and an additional 2 properties have been identified as qualifying for assistance.
