Sac City Council approves ordinance vacating Baily Street

SAC CITY, IOWA – OCTOBER 11, 2010

According to Sac City Administrator Adam Ledford, an error was made in 1989 when the first attempt to vacate this property was made. The following ordinance corrects that error, the details of which can be ascertained by reading it.



Ordinances typically require a second and third reading to enact. On recommendation of City Administrator Adam Ledford, the second and third readings were waived making this a law immediately.
