HOLSTEIN, IOWA - APRIL 2, 2011
On Saturday, April 2, the East Sac County band and choir students participated in the Iowa High School Music Association Solo and Ensemble Contest in Holstein, Iowa. ESC had 46 events in this year’s contest.
The choir brought home 10 I’s, 7 II’s, and 1 III, and the band brought home 12 I’s, 11 II’s, and 3 III’s.

The ESC high school choir is under the direction of Chris Frisbie. The ESC high school band is under the direction of Brian Mahler.
