1. Mayor asks council to waive May garbage and recycling bill at 209 Oak, a property owned by his mother.
- According to Early code, payment of garbage bill is mandatory at any property that has the water turned on.
- The bill is $12.00.
-On a tangent, a city council person suggests that it is time for the waste pickup provider to provide better recycling containers.
- Council waives bill.
