Following is a cost estimate for the project broken down by phases. This estimate was current in 2005. The city administrator pointed out that the cost estimate for phase one, (Ice House Point,) was $283K but the actual cost was $118K so he hopes that the cost for all phases is overestimated. It should be noted that the numbers for phase two are current re-estimates.
The following video is a discussion about the problems that had to be overcome during the design phases and some potential future problems that may face the trail.
