Attending the meeting were Sac County Supervisors Jack Bensley, Rick Hecht, and Dean Stock, Sac County Auditor Jim Dowling, and two media.
The minutes of the January 12, 2010 meeting were approved without challenge.
The day's agenda was approved without amendment.
