RESOLUTION 11-02 Approving an amendment to a 1963 easement for Farmers Cooperative
Company. Offered by Councilor Schumacher and seconded by Councilor Davis On roll call vote,
Ayes: Davis, Cougill, DeHaan and Schumacher. Nays: None Absent: Brinkman. Whereupon the
Mayor declared said resolution duly adopted. A copy of said resolution is attached hereto by the
reference made a part thereof.
